This week you’re getting links! And pictures! What I am thinking about. What makes me happy. Where is my head right now! I’ve been reading a lot of Zoey Draven and I am just about finished with Second Chances in New Port Stephen by TJ Alexander so book based thoughts soon.

• I can’t get over how lovely the Old Town Books children’s store is. Truly like being inside The Shop Around the Corner in You’ve Got Mail. So many good recommendations. So much care in how everything in arranged and organized. A dream.

• My desire to listen to the Steve Madden episode is what finally tipped me over into subscribing to The Cutting Room Floor. I love the feel of this podcast and I think Omondi is just great at teasing out the best answers and stories from her guests. I really know next to nothing about the current state of fashion but I love this so much.

• Jessica Joyce is maybe writing a new book?

• Nisha Sharma is mad! And should be!

• B.K. Borison on writing postpartum. Whew.

• Speaking of B.K. Borison, THIS COVER!!!!

• I’ve followed Elise since Tumblr days. I love her cool pictures and thoughtful content. This post on infertility is a heart breaker but so beautiful. I wish nothing but the best for her.

• I have no big feelings about Jonathan Groff but I love NPR and I relate to his thoughts on learning so hard. Remember how mad I was to be bossed around while learning to sail? He gets it.

• It is possible I am already rereading Burn for Me on audio because my friend is dying over it. FINALLY. I promise you, even if you think this book is not for you, you’ll love it.
